What is the refund (return) policy for CDs?

You may, for any reason, return an audiobook purchased on our online store at christianaudio.com, in its original shrink-wrap packaging to our return address within 30 days of the ship date for a full product refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Opened audiobooks can be exchanged within 30 days for the same product. Exchanges are only offered due to a defect or other manufacturing flaw.

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are ultimately at the discretion of our Customer Service representatives. Refunds are issued in the same manner as the original order was placed. Please Contact Us for specific return instructions as well as the return address.

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges of our titles that you purchased directly from a retail store (such as Wal-Mart or Barnes & Noble) or online retailer (such as Amazon or Alibris). Please take your original receipt and the unopened title to the store you purchased it from for a refund or exchange.
