What is the download & CD warranty (guarantee)?
We take pride in our thoughtful Christian content as well as the quality of our recordings. We guarantee that all of our digital and hardcopy products are of the highest quality. Although we strive to produce the highest quality audiobooks, every so often a defective product will make its way into our stock. If this happens, we are more than happy to replace or exchange – free of charge – any title, disc, or digital download that does not meet our quality standards.
Our online store, christianaudio.com, also has a vast selection of third-party audio content that is not produced by us. Because we did not produce these products, we cannot guarantee that the quality of the recordings will match our quality. We do, however, strive to offer only the best third-party content and are willing to exchange any defective product. All returns, refunds, and exchanges are ultimately at the discretion of our Customer Service representatives.
Although we guarantee the quality of our audiobooks, we do not guarantee the content. We understand everyone has a slightly different view about content we publish, and though we strive to produce audiobooks that will fulfill these views, it is impossible to meet everyone’s expectations.
This warranty does not cover accidental or purposeful damage to discs; normal wear-and-tear; disc warping due to misuse or exposure to heat; or any disc that has been copied, burned, or ripped to a computer or another digital device. This warranty does not cover any digital download that has been illegally distributed or any file that has been edited from its original version as available from our servers.
