MY PURCHASES ARE GONE...WITH VISA CARD i need a phone number to speak with someone to trace my orders..
i set up a sign in and ordered 2 audio mp3 downloads..i signed in 1,2,3 times it tells me i am not on file and i purchased 2 books by John Eckhardt with my visa credit card now it says i have no orders now that i signed back up again..because it told me i was not signed up..i want my downloads retrieved because i had not gotten but only one download finished..the entire book i paid for is disappeared..i need you find my orders i purchased with Visa Credit Card 2 days ago..
