I’m kinda sad, and hope to work it out.

Is my Audiobook download broken/false?

My audiobook (Lonestar Secrets by Colleen Coble) is downloading fine, but the downloads are missing huge chunks of the book. Each part says, "chapter 1, chapter 2" etc, but each chapter is only about a minute long and then that chapter is supposedly over. What is wrong, am I doing something wrong, or is something wrong with the website?

So sorry to hear this! First, what download format are you choosing? Is the file ending after a minute, or does it keep going and is silent?

I'd recommend ensuring you are using the most up-to-date version of Firefox and re-download the title from our site. Also, try clearing your cache and/or restarting the computer before attempting to re-download the files.
