Hello,
I'm sorry to bother you with a question about the free book of the month. I am downloading pilgrims progress, The note at the top of the page says I have 11 attempts but there are 37 parts to be downloaded. How does that work? I downloaded chapter one and found it was the forward, so next I choose 37 of 37 but that was just as it said only chapter 36. I must not be seeing something on the web page. Could you help me? Thank you very much, Denise K

Good question! Our system automatically issues 12 attempts to download a title. As long as you do not refresh the page or leave and come back to the download page, 1 download attempt is sufficient to download the entire title.
In regards to the order of the files: generally, file 1 is the intro, foreword, copyright, etc. File 2 is generally where the book "begins".

janiesue.wertheim March 17, 2010 17:19Ok, dear friends, so what do you do if you ended up leaving and coming back, and you are not recognized as someone who hasn't finished their download? What do you do then? That's what happened with my download, and I'm missing Chapter 34 and 37. How that happened I don't know, but I'm somewhat techno challenged, and my lovely son-in-law who helps me isn't where I am right now!EditDeleteRemove

Nathaniel (Web Director) March 17, 2010 17:21If you leave and return, you still have up to 11 attempts to download the book. Should you run out of attempts, simply contact customer service (http://christianaudio.com/contact_us.php) and they can add additional attempts to your account.EditDeleteRemove

You are great to answer so quickly Nathaniel. Now how do I get back to the download spot? I guess that's my real problem--I can't find it now, it's one of those "you can't get there from here" kind of things... :-(

Ah, now that's an entirely different issue!
