How do I get the book back after a computer error?
My computer locked up and had to be shut down after I had downloaded only one portion of the free book. When I rebooted and returned to the webpage, my cart was empty and it would not let me enter the coupon code to get it again. What do I do? Thanks.

1Go to the my account section (http://christianaudio.com/account.php). On the my account page, scroll down to the "View all of my downloads" options, then click on the book title. There you will be able to re-download whatever you didn't get the first time.Comment -

In order to complete the download, just follow these few steps:
-Log back into your account on our website
-Click on My Account at the top of the page
-Click on the associated order number in the Recent Order list
-Click on the name of the book title in the Downloads list
-Follow the download prompts -

sadly confused
I have had problems typing in the coupon code and if it did not work (maybe mis typed) I could not get it to accept the corrected one even though I never may it to checkout. -

You can only use the coupon code once. To get back to the download page you will need to log into your account and follow the steps listed in my comment above.
