Downloaded Audio Skips, Repeats, & Does Not Finish

There is a flaw with two books I purchased and downloaded: "Revealed" and "Rekindled" by Tamera Alexander (audio by Recorded Books Inspirational). Part way through listening to a file it cuts off and starts playing from a previous passage.

For example: 'Revealed' Disc 12 at 1:03:10 stops and starts over with Disc 11, so the end of Disc 12 (the end of the novel) is missing.

The problem occurs on other Discs, but it is harder to detect because repeat does not start with beginning of disc or beginning of a chapter. I re-downloaded Disc 12 in wma format, and it has the exact same problem as mp3. (I did not make a note of which other files are bad, because I thought it was my CD that skipped).
