im trying to listen to the shack- need to dl the last 2 discs, and cant get into account. I thought maybe i forgot the pw, but email is not coming to me to give me a new one. Please help. Husband sleeping sound, cant call at this time of night! -Hopeful

Yes, I have forgotten my password to the Christianaudio account. I followed the link to get information to reset the pasword. I have followed the directions several time this morning and afternoon and have not received any email with instructions from Christianaudio. I have watched the spam folder, but no email there either.
I tried to reregister, but the email is active in Christianaudio's system, so I can not reregieter either.-
John, please email customerservice@christianaudio.com and they can manually issue a new password (or you can chat live here with an agent: http://christianaudio.com/contact ). It seems that your ISP may be blocking emails from our automated system. So sorry for the inconvenience!
