Cancellation of monthly units

Nathaniel, I still haven't heard from customer service as of today, 8/1. Several weeks ago, you mentioned that they would be in touch to help me cancel my subscription (I am way ahead of credits that I can use.) Tomorrow is the billing day and I would not like to be billed as per usual. I also didn't see how to email customer service. Thank you, Ellis
